I'm a Nova Scotia based hospitality professional and advanced travel advisor. I believe great travel is built the same way great hospitality is, through anticipation, precision, and a genuine commitment to the people you're serving. As Guest Services Supervisor at Fox Harb'r Resort, a 5 Star, CAA/AAA 4 Diamond luxury property on the Northumberland Strait, I oversee the full guest journey from pre arrival to post stay.
My approach is shaped by the principles of Unreasonable Hospitality, the conviction that truly exceptional service isn't about meeting expectations. It's about quietly exceeding them before anyone has to ask.
